Discount Code Terms and Conditions

We are Diome Limited (company number: 13276149) whose registered office is at 1st Floor One Suffolk Way, Sevenoaks, Kent, England, TN13 1YL. You have received a business card containing a discount code from one of our trusted referrers. The terms and conditions below apply to the discount code:

1. The discount code is valid for UK online orders only;

2. The discount code is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued to the referrer as written on the back of the business card, after which it expires;

3. The discount code may only be used once, after which point is becomes invalid;

4. We reserve the right to refuse to apply the discount code if it is invalid or has expired;

5. In the event you return the products you purchase from Diome, or cancel your order, we will issue a refund for the value of the order (taking into account the discount applied);

6. The discount code has no cash value;

7. We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time and the varied terms and conditions apply to all discount codes redeemed after the change; and

8. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If you wish to take court proceedings, then you must do so within the UK courts.
