Rested FAQs

Rested FAQs

Whether you struggle to drift off or you find your sleep is restless when you do, Rested is a supplement that has been formulated for anyone who wants to enhance their sleep quality and overall wellbeing too. As with any supplement, it pays to understand exactly how it works, so here we’re sharing some of the questions we get asked the most about Rested and how best to use it.

What is in Rested?

Powered by potent botanicals that are rich in phytoactive compounds and micronutrients, Rested essentially works on multiple pathways in the body, influencing different systems to promote and restore balance, and ultimately lead to better sleep.

Inside the blend are seven botanical extracts, which include chamomile, California poppy, lemon verbena, rosemary, black pepper and cardamom, and they are joined by four vitamins – B6, B12, B9 and B5 – and minerals magnesium bisglycinate, zinc bisglycinate and manganese sulphate. The formula also contains myo-insoitol, which improves insulin resistance and balances hormones.

From promoting sleep to enhancing relaxation, relaxing muscles to supporting cellular function, these multifaceted, hardworking ingredients are expertly blended by our medical doctor and work synergistically to maintain the body’s physiological balance and reduce the impact of everyday stresses and strains, which have a huge impact on how we sleep.

They’re all fully bioavailable, meaning they can get to where they need to be in the body, and have been clinically backed by science. They’re totally safe, free of any unnecessary additives or fillers, and can be used by athletes.

Who should take Rested?

People over the age of 12 can benefit from taking Rested – we made it to help anyone who wants a better night’s sleep. It’s brilliant for those who struggle with restless nights, find it hard to get to sleep, often feel anxious, or wake up feeling unrefreshed and groggy. Offering a medication-free way to solve your sleep issues, it can help instil calm and promote a healthy, energised wake-up come morning.

When should I take Rested?

You can use Rested alone or in conjunction with other methods, including cognitive and behavioural therapies. For best results, we recommend taking two capsules between 30 minutes to an hour before going to sleep. You can also adjust the dose based on your individual needs.

For example, if you want to take more of the supplement, you can adjust your dose to three or four capsules a night – we recommend splitting the dose into two capsules before dinner and the other two 30 minutes before bed. You can also reduce the dose should you want or need to.

How long does it take to fall asleep when taking Rested?

It really depends on who you are. While some will experience rapid, instantaneous relaxation, others will find it takes longer to drop off. On average, it can take around 10 to 30 minutes to fall asleep, but ultimately your lifestyle – the habits you implement during the rest of the day, for example – and physiology also play an important part.
